Job Description
| Job Functions & Responsibilities " Lead and manage IT projects within the program, ensuring alignment with both business and IT objectives and strategic goals. " Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of programs and projects in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders. " Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. " Engage with stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design optimal solutions, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. " Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks throughout the project lifecycle. " Ability to manage/coordinate the RFP process, including issuing bids, evaluating proposals, and selecting the most suitable solutions. " Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to build, test, and implement project deliverables. " Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders. " Lead and mentor project teams, offering guidance and support to ensure successful project execution. " Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment. " Oversee and manage IT project budgets, ensuring they align with program requirements. " Monitor and control project expenditures to stay within budget constraints. " Identify and manage project risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential challenges. " Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. |
| Skills " Proficiency in data analytics and financial modeling concepts desired. " Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. " Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. " Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. " Understand the software development life cycle and experienced in IT project management methodologies (hybrid, Agile, Waterfall). " Strong and tested program management skills including conflict resolution, risk mitigation, facilitation, creation and presentation of data (updates, status, etc), vendor management. " Ability to promote and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment with project team members, co-workers, management, and vendors by behaving, collaborating, and communicating in a manner consistent with professional standards. " Ability to handle broad-based, often complex, communication for internal and/or external audiences. " Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills, SharePoint, M365 tools. " Experience with SAP SAC advantageous. |
| Education & Certifications " Bachelor's Degree in business or a technical field. Master's degree preferred. " Minimum 7 years of increasing responsibility with IT project and program management especially successfully coordinating various IT projects in a matrixed environment. " PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification preferred. |
