Program Manager

Program Manager LOCAL CANDIDATES only. The role is hybrid with the expectation of being in office in Oakland once a month at a minimum and more if business needs require it. Duration: This is a 6-month temporary position; however, depending on portfolio need and scope changes, this role could be extended Pay range: $45.00/hour - $49.00/hour TOP THINGS: Demonstrating good written and verbal communication Proven track record of critical thinking skills Ability to deal with ambiguityScope of Work: Coordinate with Program Managers to set up customer calls/meetings, follow up on outstanding project items, and schedule additional site visits Validate program data and partner with Program Managers/key stakeholders to gather updated project information Run ad-hoc reports and work with others on the EVCP team to streamline existing reporting processes Provide additional program support while Program Managers are on leave or vacationMinimum Qualifications: 3 or more years of program management experience or similar experience BS/BA Degree, or equivalent work experienceDesired Qualifications: Strong communication skills - ability to communicate complex processes to others via written or verbal communication Proven track record of critical thinking skills Ability to deal with ambiguity High level of organization/Attention to detail Familiarity with Program Management a plus Experience with EVs or electrification highly encourage Working with an investor-owned utility Benefits: (employee contribution) Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with legal requirements.
