Job Description
Shift - 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Pay - $75/hr - $80/hr. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Program Development and Coordination: Program development, evaluation, and implementation of the National Accreditation Program of Breast Centers (NAPBC) Facilitate adherence to NAPBC Standards Ensures fulfillment of NAPBC Requirements Take lead in the development of required documents for initial accreditation (e.g. protocols, policies, etc.) Assist with value-based care initiatives by leading process improvement initiatives Works closely with the physician chair of NAPBC to ensure compliance with and documentation of all accreditation requirements Attends quarterly Cancer Committee meetings (CoC and NAPBC) Compile data and presents reports in quarterly meetings as needed Is present for all accreditation site visits and assists with the overall planning and execution Coordinate and facilitate a schedule of various types of meetings (i.e. clinical service line meetings, staff meetings, planning meetings, program development meetings, etc.); arrange scheduling details send out reminder notices follow-up to confirm participants attendance ensure ready availability of relevant information and materials needed for discussion and/or distribution at meetings process and coordinate meal requests/arrangements maintain meeting records in an organized and efficient manner documents and distributes Committee meeting minutes QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB (In addition to the minimum qualifications as per the corporate job description) Certification(S)/NYS Licenses: None Special Equipment/Machines Operated: Educational Level: Bachelors degree required Masters degree preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and other Requirements: Prior experience in NPBC/CoC or any oncology standards and accreditation components Ability to prepare for surveys and manage corrective action plans Documentation management and organization Ability to interpret performance metrics and quality indicators Analytical thinking and data interpretation Development and implementation of policy and procedure documents Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary team members through accreditation steps Strong cross-functional communication Strategic planning Program Development Understanding of breast care pathways Years of Experience: 2 years Schedule Start Date: 05/18/2026 Schedule Start Date: 05/18/2026 Schedule Hours Per Week: 35.00 Schedule Hours Per Day: 7.00 Schedule Notes: Schedule Days Per Week: 5.00
