Job Details

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead aerospace and defense programs for both government and commercial customers. This role is responsible for managing projects from contract award through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities include:

Serving as the primary point of contact for customersDriving program execution and performance tracking from award through deliveryCoordinating across engineering, purchasing, operations, and quality teamsSupporting proposal development, including scope definition and cost/schedule estimatesEnsuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements (FAR/DFARS)Identifying risks and resolving issues with cross-functional teamsProviding status updates and maintaining program documentation

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of program or project management experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
