Job Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple government programs and ensure successful execution across technical, financial, and contractual requirements. This role serves as the primary interface with government customers and internal leadership, driving delivery, schedule, and performance across assigned programs. Competitive compensation is based on experience and education.

Key Responsibilities• Manage execution of multiple government contracts and subcontracts supporting prime government programs• Manage B2B/reseller contracts serving government end-users
• Serve as primary customer interface for program performance and delivery• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, contracts, finance, and operations• Oversee program schedules, risk management, and resource planning• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and reporting obligations• Monitor program financial performance, including revenue, cost, and margin• Work closely with the Controller to support accurate program budgeting, cost accounting, and invoicing• Support proposal development and program growth opportunities• Provide program management insights to support business development and capture activities• Provide program management input for proposal development, program planning, and pricing strategies• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Education
• Bachelor’s degree required• Degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or related field preferred
Required Qualifications
• Experience managing government contracts as a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS environments
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and customer deliverables• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills• Multiple references are requested
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously• Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)• PMP certification and/or other certifications are not required but are recognized as relevant attributes• Experience in defense, aerospace, or space environments• Experience with R&D programs, including SBIR, STTR, and OTA programs• Familiarity with DIU, MDA, AFRL, AFWERX, SpaceWERX, Space RCO, COMSO, NRO, and NASA
Clearance
• Ability and willingness to obtain a security clearance• Active or archived Secret or higher clearance desired• Willingness to submit to a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with potential to obtain TS/SCI or compartmented program access
