Program Manager – Intelligence Support
Location: Fort Meade, MD
Clearance Required: Current Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI)
Leidos is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large, diverse team supporting critical Counterintelligence (CI), Counterterrorism (CT), and HUMINT missions at Fort Meade.
This role oversees a broad intelligence support scope, including analytical operations, cyber and forensics support, technology protection, and advanced computer science functions that directly enable national‑level investigations and mission success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 100+ personnel across multiple locations, ensuring seamless support to CI, CT, and HUMINT mission partners.
- Oversee intelligence, analytical, cyber, forensics, technology protection, and computer science functions supporting investigative and operational requirements.
- Manage all aspects of program performance, including cost, schedule, risk, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and mission priorities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government customers, mission partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure effective utilization of system resources, production schedules, and workflow processes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while driving continuous improvement across operations.
- Coordinate solutions to production‑related challenges, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Provide executive‑level reporting, briefings, and decision support to senior leadership.
Required Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) – Active and current.
Education Requirements
Option 1:
- Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, Business, or related field
- 14+ years of relevant and combined management experience, with at least 2 years occurring within the last 2 years
Option 2:
- Master’s degree in Intelligence, Business, or related field
- 12+ years of relevant and combined management experience, with at least 2 years occurring within the last 2 years
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience managing large programs (100+ personnel) across multiple geographic locations and mission areas.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community, performing program or project management for complex, multi‑disciplinary efforts.
- Strong background in coordinating mission support across CI, CT, HUMINT, cyber, and analytical domains.
Preferred Experience/ Education:
- Prior work as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or IC
- HUMINT collection experience
- Counterintelligence investigations or operations experience
- Graduate of an intelligence analysis course
- HUMINT collection course graduate
- Counterintelligence Special Agent credentials

Pay Range:
Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
