Position Summary:

The Program Manager & Trainer is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs that help physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams adopt our AI-powered primary care solution. This role blends program management with hands-on training creation and delivery, ensuring large health systems are equipped to use the technology effectively and realize its value.

You will work directly with health system stakeholders to design training strategies, coordinate rollout programs, and ensure continuous learning opportunities. Internally, you'll partner with Customer Success Managers, Clinical Success Managers, and Product teams to align training with client needs and product updates.

Job Description:

Training Design & Delivery

  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to physicians, nurses, and office staff.
  • Train-the-trainer: enable client "super users" and physician champions to scale training within their organizations.
  • Adjust training strategies based on client workflows and adoption data.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Act as a change management leader, helping staff understand the "why" behind adoption.
  • Identify barriers to adoption and develop interventions with client champions.
  • Serve as feedback loop for product improvements, capturing frontline staff input.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in program management, healthcare training, or learning & development (L&D).
  • Strong background in healthcare operations, digital health, or clinical systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena preferred).
  • Experience training clinicians and staff in new technologies or process changes.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills (comfortable with both large groups and one-on-one coaching).
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • PMP, Prosci, or training certifications (e.g., ATD) a plus.
  • Ability to travel 30-40% to health system sites.

Working Conditions

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions.
