Job Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 200+ active wireless telecommunications projects from intake through lease execution and construction readiness Act as operational lead across leasing, regulatory, and construction workflows Review and approve co-location and modification applications for compliance with lease terms, zoning, and regulatory requirements Coordinate site sketches, structural analysis, and market approvals to reduce delays and maintain SLA adherence Drive pricing analysis and approval processes to support lease negotiations and revenue optimization Collaborate with Client corporate real estate teams to secure approvals and maintain project momentum Support lease drafting and execution, ensuring accuracy of exhibits, compliance documentation, and contractual alignment Identify process gaps and develop operational frameworks (job aids, workflow distribution) to improve efficiency and scalability Skills & Experience Software Skills: Basic computer functions, Microsoft Suite Experience Required: 1 2+ years Interview Process 1 virtual interview
