As a Program Manager within the Strategic Sales team - the commercial engine that manages the partnerships with our largest customers, you will drive the coordination and execution of initiatives that support the Strategic Sales team. You will play a key role in ensuring projects run efficiently, stay aligned with broader objectives, and contribute to the success of high-priority accounts. This role requires proactive collaboration across departments, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts to ensure seamless delivery.
While you will benefit from domain-specific experience (e.g. Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, Product Operations, or onboarding.) the perfect candidate is first and foremost a program manager, expected to be able to flex their skillset across all domains where strategically needed. The ideal candidate is a data-driven a systems thinker who is comfortable being uncomfortable. You'll be surrounded by a diverse and experienced team where knowledge sharing, growth, and support are foundational.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Grow the business- Develop strategies to grow our Strategic Sales through acquisition, deployment, adoption, partner satisfaction, and product implementation and innovation.
- Identify Challenges and Opportunities- Be a domain expert for your program and identify high-impact opportunities to help the team achieve their OKRs.
- Coordinate and Advocate- Represent the needs of Account Directors and customers, acting as the key point of contact for cross-functional projects and initiatives, and ensuring alignment across departments.
- Drive Efficiency and Remove Blockers- Identify inefficiencies, standardise processes, and collaborate with teams to resolve obstacles and streamline operations.
- Manage Risks and Monitor Progress- Proactively assess and mitigate risks, track project milestones, and ensure accountability through regular reporting and communication.
- Support the Bigger Picture- Maintain a clear view of the end-to-end customer journey, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring projects and initiatives (both internally and externally-owned) are prioritised contribute to long-term success.

Demonstrated experience owning complex programs or managing multiple projects, with a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, drive alignment, and ensure successful execution
Strong background in SaaS environments; bonus: experience working with enterprise and franchising business models, or an understanding of the hotel/hospitality industry.
Domain expertise across areas of the customer journey:
Acquisition (sales, sales operations, sales enablement, sales strategy)
Partner Management (marketing, customer success management, customer satisfaction monitoring, support)
Product Delivery (deployment, product adoption, customer enablement, solutions architecture, research and development, product)
Proficiency with core skills and tools: project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), process mapping/optimisation tools (e.g., Miro, Lucid), data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Sheets, PowerBI, SQL) Bonus: Salesforce, Gainsight, or customer service scoring (e.g., NPS, CSAT).
Experience in writing, playbooking, process mapping, data analysis, and delivering engaging presentations to senior stakeholders.;
Systems thinker with excellent organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills.
Proven experience working with large Enterprise partnerships, ideally within a franchising model.
Ability to operate in matrix organisations, influence senior internal stakeholders, and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
