Description
This Program Manager will be:
- Managing 20-30 active programs simultaneously
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules
- Coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering and operations
- Communicating program status to customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring programs are meeting cost, schedule, and performance goals
- Enforcing procedures and keeping teams aligned and on task
- Identifying risks and driving issue resolution
- Managing contract requirements and program documentation
- Supporting proposal reviews, quotes, and scope changes
- Ensuring timely closeout of completed programs
Profile
A successful Program Manager will have:
- 10+ years of program or project management experience
- Mechanical Engineering or Engineering-based background required
- Experience supporting manufacturing programs
- Strong organizational and multi-project management skills
- Ability to interface with customers at multiple levels
- Experience driving structure and process
- Strong communication and leadership skills
