Program Manager - Aerospace - Merrimack, NH

The Program Manager owns project execution from award through delivery and closeout, ensuring contract requirements are met for cost, schedule, and performance. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating cross‑functional internal teams. Description • Execute multiple programs in alignment with contract requirements

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones
• Ensure projects meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives
• Serve as the primary interface with customers throughout the program lifecycle
• Coordinate communication across internal engineering, manufacturing, and support teams
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and procedures
• Manage and control program budgets including labor, materials, travel, and subcontracted services
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional project teams
• Monitor customer activity and proactively resolve issues
• Maintain close customer communication during execution and post‑delivery
• Support timely and accurate program closeout and documentation
