Job Description
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, InformationTechnology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.-Minimum 15+ years of experience managing large, complex technical, scientific,research, or information technology programs.-Minimum 10+ years of experience supporting program or project managementactivities for a Federal agency.-Minimum 5+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams andsubcontractors.-Experience managing cost, schedule, performance, risk, staffing, and deliverablesacross multiple projects or task areas.-Experience supporting Federal Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), FederalProgram Managers (FPMs), and technical stakeholders.-Experience leading executive-level briefings, governance meetings, and strategicplanning sessions.-Strong technical leadership skills
-Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Preferences:
-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.-Experience supporting NIH, HHS, or other Federal research organizations.-Experience managing scientific, biomedical, research, or laboratory technologyprograms.-Experience supporting Agile and hybrid project management environments.-Master's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Information
