The Program Manager will oversee multiple related projects, align stakeholders, manage timelines and resources, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.This role requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution.RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage complex programs from initiation through completion.

Develop program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and external partners.

Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Establish and improve program management processes, tools, and best practices.

Track KPIs, metrics, and outcomes to measure program success.

Manage dependencies across projects and align priorities with organizational goals.

Support change management and communication efforts during program rollouts.

Drive process improvements and help ensure programs remain aligned with strategic business objectives.QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

3–8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations leadership.

Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.

Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies preferred.

PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications are a plus.PREFERRED SKILLS
