Job Description

We're seeking a Program Manager to take end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-agency deployments supporting large local, state, and regional public safety implementations. You'll lead strategic partnerships across distributed stakeholder environments, align competing priorities, and drive product adoption that delivers measurable mission impact. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution-requiring sound judgment in high-ambiguity environments with limited central authority. Experience in regulated, enterprise, or cross-organizational environments is highly relevant.

The Role

You'll serve as the operational backbone for the entire lifecycle of complex deployments, from executive engagement and governance design to on-site adoption and value realization. You'll develop account plans aligned to defined success criteria, navigate politically complex stakeholder landscapes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes across multiple agencies and jurisdictions. A meaningful portion of your time will be spent on-site building deep relationships with agency leaders and end users, translating their operational needs into product direction, and ensuring every deployment drives real-world impact. You'll design governance structures that enable clear decision-making, manage program protocols including contracting and compliance workflows, and serve as the connective tissue between Deployment Strategy, Training, Sales, Product, and Legal teams. This role is critical to customer retention and expansion, and the right candidate needs to be a strategic thinker, a trusted advisor to senior leaders, and an execution-focused problem solver who thrives under ambiguity.

About You

  • You thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and have a track record of delivering outcomes by coordinating diverse groups and aligning competing priorities
  • You're energized by building trust with senior leaders and translating technical capabilities into mission-level impact
  • You have strong program ownership instincts and hold yourself accountable for end-to-end delivery across parallel workstreams
  • You're calm and decisive under pressure, balancing competing priorities and navigating organizational and political complexity with sound judgment
  • You have sufficient technical fluency to engage with IT leaders and engineers while maintaining focus on strategic outcomes
  • You bring a learning mindset and adapt quickly to new organizational structures, operating models, and use cases
  • You're a clear and credible communicator who can shift seamlessly between executive stakeholders, operational teams, and internal cross-functional partners

What We Look For

  • 7+ years leading complex, multi-party programs or implementations with demonstrated ability to establish governance and deliver outcomes across parallel workstreams
  • Experience operating in high-ambiguity environments, navigating competing stakeholder incentives and evolving constraints
  • Proven ability to build trust with senior customer leaders and maintain alignment through organizational change
  • Strong ability to lead matrixed, cross-functional teams through influence, setting clear expectations and driving follow-through
  • Experience in regulated, compliance-heavy, or public-sector-adjacent environments strongly preferred (government, healthcare, financial services, critical infrastructure)
  • Direct experience in public safety, criminal justice, or mission-critical operations is a bonus
  • MPA/MPP, government consulting, or public-sector background is a plus
  • Willingness to travel regularly for on-site engagements

Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific work location. Information on the benefits offered is here.
