Job Title: Program ManagerLocation: Glendale, CA (preferred) or Orlando, FL Onsite 4 days/weekEmployment Type: Contract (7 months, potential extension)Pay Rate: $83.89/hourWork Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No C2C)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead operational execution across a digital product portfolio. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, managing dependencies, and ensuring efficient delivery across teams. The ideal candidate brings strong program management expertise and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution across product, engineering, design, and business teams*
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks*
- Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure predictable delivery*
- Maintain an integrated view of the product roadmap across initiatives*
- Establish and manage operating cadences (quarterly planning, roadmap reviews, status reporting)*
- Improve cross-team collaboration, communication, and visibility*
- Facilitate alignment and accountability across multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in digital product or eCommerce environments*
- Strong program management and operational execution skills*
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding software delivery lifecycles*
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills*
- Ability to influence without direct authority in matrixed organizations
- Program management tools: Jira, Jira Service Manager, Jira Cloud*
- Experience with Confluence*
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, or similar)
- Experience in media, entertainment, or production environments*
- Prior experience with large enterprise organizations*
- Background in eCommerce
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
