To excel as a Senior Manager in our Program Management Office at PTI Technologies, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 7 to 10 years of combined engineering and program management experience in product development and manufacturing. A PMP certification is essential, along with high proficiency in Microsoft Project and Online, including Power BI for dashboards. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement. They will be systematic thinkers who creatively adapt to changing conditions and address customer needs.
