Program Manager

Immediate need for a talented Program Manager. This is a 12 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Mountain View, CA (Onsite). • Lead GTM strategy across the full product lifecycle — from idea and validation to launch and maturity.
• Develop a deep understanding of B2B customer segments, mapping needs, attitudes, and pain points into actionable insights.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research, competitive intelligence, and emerging technology trends to uncover differentiation opportunities.
• Convert customer insights into compelling messaging, positioning, and solution-selling narratives that resonate across channels.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to translate complex market insights, customer needs, and product capabilities into bold, high-impact marketing strategies.
• Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across product, marketing, sales, analytics, and leadership.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo, champion new processes, and lead initiatives from concept to launch.
• 7 years of experience driving go-to-market strategy for B2B or SaaS products.
• Expertise in customer insight development, storytelling, value proposition design, and positioning.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to form hypotheses, interpret data, and drive iterative learning.
• Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, visual, and executive-ready presentations.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for insights, workflow efficiency, and productivity improvement.
• Strong project management, stakeholder influence, and decision-making skills in complex environments.
