Targeted Bill Rate- $81-$86hr REQUIREMENT_CITY -Malvern, PA REQUIREMENT_ID-10948749 Role Name - Program Manager ROLE_DESCRIPTION -• 7-8 years of Program & Portfolio Delivery Management Experience.• Good to have Program Management Certification• Sound knowledge of Agile Delivery Planning and Execution• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills• Cross-Functional Leadership and Executive Leadership Reporting Skills• Vendor Management Roles & Responsibilities Role Responsibilities• Leads execution of quarterly delivery plans aligned to strategic priorities• Translates committed work into actionable delivery plans across teams• Monitor delivery progress and optimize flow of work across the system• Identifies and manages risks, dependencies and impediments• Drives delivery progress and resolves execution gaps• Ensures work entering delivery is clear, prioritized, and ready prior to planning cycles• Influences sequencing and trade off decision across teams based on capacity, dependencies and delivery data• Owns family-level dashboards for KPIs, OKRs and team health• Provides weekly and monthly status on progress against quarterly objectives• Ensures consistency, quality and accuracy of delivery reporting• Uses data and qualitative signals to highlight risks, trends and improvement areas• Drives data-informed decision making through standardized metrics• Translates delivery metrics into actionable insights to inform leadership decisions at the portfolio level• Facilitates quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning sessions across teams• Ensures alignment of priorities, capacity, cross-team dependencies, and sequencing of work• Coordinates cross-team dependencies and integration points• Drives stakeholder engagement across product, engineering, and partners• Establishes clear quarterly commitments and success measures• Ensures planning readiness by surfacing gaps in scope clarity, dependencies, and decision-making ahead of planning events• Coordinates across internal teams (Product, Engineering, MarTech, Analytics)• Manages relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors• Aligns cross-team dependencies to minimize delivery friction and improve delivery outcomes• Drives cross-divisional alignment efforts across LoBs• Serves as a connector across teams and functions to align execution with strategic intent and enterprise priorities• Overseas delivery coordination for complex initiatives (e.g. Cloud migration and platform modernization• Ensures alignment with enterprise standards and governance• Coordinates dependencies across engineering, architecture and vendors• Supports adoption of modern delivery practices and platform capabilities• Ensures technical initiatives are integrated effectively into the broader delivery system to avoid downstream risks and misalignment• Identify systemic constraints across LoB within planning, execution, and coordination• Drives continuous improvement of delivery processes and practices, operating models, and workflows• Identifies and addresses systematic inefficiencies and risks• Promotes standardization across teams to improve clarity, scalability, predictability and delivery confidence• Performs ad hoc delivery and operational support as needed• Owns and evolves delivery patterns, standards, and operating models across teams to improve e2e flow• Identifies cross-team and organizational constraints that impact delivery outcomes and drives resolution through scalable changes• Develops and implements repeatable playbooks, frameworks, and practices that scale delivery effectiveness across the organization.
