Required Skills: Proven experience in project management, including project planning, execution, and control. Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) and stakeholder management skills Hands on with Onsite-Offshore co-ordination, customer management skills Proven track record of successfully executing complex projects within the given constraints in terms of schedule & cost Experience in tracking day to day project deliverables using respective tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) & reporting the progress on periodic intervals Risk/Issue management and timely resolution Extensive experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Deep understanding of contract types (T&M, FP) and implications Should possess result-oriented mindset and remain focused towards the same Should exhibit leadership quality in every aspect of project delivery & operations Experience in leading from front during escalations & resolving the same with minimal support
