Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Contract) to lead the global implementation of a major Social & Community Impact strategy and operating model. This role provides structure, oversight, and delivery discipline across multiple regions, functions, and business lines.Working closely with the Global Head of Social & Community Impact, this contractor will coordinate initiatives, align regional and business-led programs, support platform scale (including Benevity), and ensure the effective rollout of global policies, communications, and change-enablement activities. This is a highly collaborative role requiring exceptional organization, cross-functional leadership, and strong execution focus.Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end project plan for global implementation of the Social & Community Impact strategy.*
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable workplans with clear milestones, dependencies, and timelines.*
- Track execution rigorously, escalating risks, issues, and tradeoffs to leadership in real time.*
- Support the rollout of the global operating model, including governance structures, workflows, and reporting expectations.*
- Coordinate alignment of country, regional, and business?led initiatives to the new strategic direction.*
- Lead cross-functional coordination across HR, Communications, Legal, Risk, Finance, IT, and Business teams.*
- Drive meeting cadence, agendas, action items, and decision tracking for global working groups.*
- Support Benevity scale-up and adoption, including enablement, training, and tracking rollout metrics.*
- Partner with Communications on global messaging, rollout toolkits, FAQs, and branding/engagement campaigns.*
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder mapping, readiness assessments, and adoption tracking.*
- Maintain dashboards, reporting, and executive-ready updates for leadership, governance forums, and steering committees.*
- Ensure documentation and decisions are captured and organized for long-term sustainability post-contract.
- 610+ years of experience in project or program management within global or matrixed organizations.*
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise strategy execution, operating model shifts, or organizational transformations.*
- Strong understanding of cross-functional stakeholder coordination and multi-region delivery.*
- Experience working across time zones and cultures with strong communication and alignment skills.*
- Familiarity with CSR, ESG, employee engagement, or social impact initiatives preferred.*
- Experience supporting platform rolloutsideally Benevity or similar CSR tools.*
- Background in IT sourcing or technology-related project environments preferred.*
- Ability to manage ambiguity, drive clarity, and maintain execution discipline in a fast-moving environment.*
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
