*Position is Subject to Contract Award JOB SUMMARYSingle point of accountability for the entire 5-year BPA across all three program offices. Owns cost, schedule, quality, and the federal client relationship. Must be a federal financial management PM - not an IT PM.ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIESSingle point of accountability for the entire 5-year BPA across all three program offices

Owns cost, schedule, quality, and the federal client relationshipMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration (Master's preferred)PMP required; CGFM or CDFM strongly preferred12+ years federal professional services; 7+ years as PM on federal FM, CFO-office, or advisory engagements

Direct past performance managing at least one multi-year federal BPA or IDIQ $5M annual across multiple workstreams

Working knowledge of OMB Circulars A-11, A-123, A-136; GAO Green Book; FMFIAExperience managing on-call / retainer / IDIQ surge staffing models

Public Trust minimum; Secret clearance preferredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSNOAA, DOC, Treasury, HHS, or SBA CFO-shop past performance

Prior PM role on an A-123 assessment engagement

Familiarity with NOAA OCFO ordering practices and multi-domain federal IDIQs
