Trident Consulting is seeking a "Program Manager” for one of our clients in "US - REMOTE” — a global leader in cybersecurity.Role: Program Manager – Technical Sales Enablement OnboardingLocation: Remote (US)Duration: 6 monthsPay Rate: $55–$65/hr Seeking a Program Manager, Technical Sales Enablement to own and optimize new hire onboarding programs for System Engineers (SE), Solution Architects (SA), and partner enablement teams. This role will drive program operations, learner tracking, reporting, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration with Technical Sales, HR, Enablement, and leadership teams.Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end technical sales onboarding programs and manage new hire ramp progression.
- Track onboarding milestones, KPIs, completion metrics, and field readiness.
- Manage LMS content, learning paths, training coordination, and cohort operations.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and reporting.
- Build dashboards and reports for managers and senior leadership.
- Partner with Sales Enablement, HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical stakeholders.
- 3+ years of Program Management / Sales Enablement experience.
- Experience supporting SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology organizations.
- Experience managing onboarding, enablement, or learning programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms, Salesforce, Asana, G-Suite, or enablement tools.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and process improvement mindset.
- Technical Sales Enablement experience (SE/SA onboarding).
- Experience with partner/channel enablement.
- Cybersecurity industry background.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology.
