To learn more about our exciting organization, please visit us at www.unissant.com.We are seeking a Program Manager (PM) to join our team and support our client.The ideal candidate will serve as the principal liaison with HSI, NTC-I, HSTFs, and other leadership, overseeing project execution, performance, and quality control for an advanced analytics program supporting data-driven enforcement operations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact and liaison with HSI, NTC-I, HSTFs, and other client leadership for all aspects of the analytics program.Oversee project execution, scope, and schedules to ensure timely delivery of analytic products and services aligned with mission priorities.Manage performance, quality control, and risk across the data analytics team, ensuring high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and responsiveness.Coordinate deliverables, reporting, and communication among HSI Data SMEs, Senior Advanced Data Analysts, Senior Data Visualization Developers, and client stakeholders.Support resource planning, staffing, and continuous improvement of analytic processes and workflows.Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration between analytic, investigative, and operational teams to streamline the investigative cycle and enhance mission outcomes.Work Experience and Job SkillsMinimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in program or project management, preferably supporting federal agencies, law-enforcement, or national security programs.Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary analytic or technical teams in a complex, mission-critical environment.Strong understanding of data analytics, BI/visualization, or investigative support programs sufficient to effectively oversee technical deliverables and communicate with stakeholders.Proven track record in stakeholder engagement, status reporting, and executive-level communication.Experience with standard project management methodologies, tools, and performance metrics.Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational demands in a high-tempo environment.EducationBachelor's Degree is required. Preferred field of study in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field of study.MBA/Master's Degree in a relevant field of study preferred.Certificates, Licenses and RegistrationsProject management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile certifications) are preferred.Communication SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present proposals, performance data, and program status to senior leadership.Ability to write clear and concise program documentation and communications in a highly confidential environment.Clearance RequirementsAbility to obtain and maintain a clearance is required.TravelSome travel may be required to meet with client leadership, field offices, and other partners.Environmental RequirementsMainly a routine office environment.May be required to lift up to ten (10) pounds.Flexible in working extended hours.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the individual(s) assigned to this position.
