Job Description

JOB TITLE: Program Manager, Charging Infrastructure LOCATION: Foster City, CA (Hybrid) PAY RANGE: $45 - $55/hr. DURATION: 6 Months TOP 3 SKILLS:

3-5 years of experience in project management operations
Experience with charging infrastructure
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Familiarity with ERP or asset-tracking systems

POSITION SUMMARY: This role sits within the Charging Infrastructure team, part of the broader Operations organization. The role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day project management of charging infrastructure operations coordinating cross-functionally to keep deployments, maintenance, and asset tracking on schedule, and ensuring stakeholders have visibility into project status and open action items.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to support charging infrastructure operations and deployment timelines
Coordinate charging infrastructure Operations & Maintenance
Track project schedules against plan, flagging risks and delays early
Attend and coordinate meetings; report updates and manage action items
Maintain an asset database to track asset location, status, and utilization
Partner with deployment, partnerships, and operations teams to resolve execution issues
Support reporting and dashboarding for infrastructure program status

QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years of experience in project management operations
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders
Organizational skills to manage and track program details

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with charging infrastructure
Experience in designing and implementing operational processes
Experience working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Process improvement skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Familiarity with ERP or asset-tracking system

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree
