About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator / Project Coordinator to support a global consulting operations team within a fast-paced environment. This role will focus heavily on internal coordination, project/program support, staffing logistics, SOW/work order processing, scheduling, dashboard reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination and communication skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously. This is primarily a backend operational support role with minimal client-facing responsibilities.Key Responsibilities: Program & Project Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end operational workflows related to Statements of Work (SOWs) and work orders.
- Support engagement mobilization activities after client sign-off.
- Assist with resource scheduling, staffing coordination, and consultant availability tracking.
- Collaborate with consulting leads to align project requirements with available skill sets.
- Manage intake requests and help route urgent or high-priority consulting needs internally.
- Support planned and unplanned project coordination activities, including urgent cybersecurity-related consulting requests.
- Partner closely with internal consulting teams, legal, finance, and operations stakeholders.
- Coordinate approvals, internal signatures, and documentation workflows.
- Follow up with internal escalation/tiger teams to ensure timely action and resolution.
- Participate in weekly staffing and operational meetings.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal leadership updates.
- Extract and organize data using Google Sheets, Looker dashboards, and existing reporting tools.
- Track staffing capacity, project pipeline, outstanding requests, and resource utilization.
- Assist with basic reporting related to consulting hours, SOW burn-down tracking, and operational metrics.
- Support internal tooling and operational improvement initiatives.
- Assist with Agile/Scrum coordination activities including stand-ups, tracking, reporting, and initiative coordination.
- Help maintain visibility into development and operational enhancement projects.
- 2–5 years of experience in Program Coordination, Project Coordination, PMO Support, Business Operations, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through capabilities.
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and tracking.
- Experience creating reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
