Job Description
The Program Manager, GL Integrations and Reporting will lead cross‑functional initiatives that ensure the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of financial data flowing into the General Ledger. This role oversees the design, testing, and optimization of GL integrations, develops and maintains financial reporting tools and datasets, and drives analytical insights that support decision‑making across the organization. The Program Manager partners closely with the Accounting, Analytics, Payroll, Epic, and IT teams to resolve data issues, improve processes, enhance reporting quality, and strengthen financial controls. By managing complex projects and continuously refining systems and data flows, this role ensures the organization's financial information is timely, trusted, and actionable.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of all General Ledger integrations, including design, mapping, testing and optimization.
Coordinate user acceptance testing, test scripts, and post deployment validation for financial systems.
Serve as a liaison between Finance and Epic/IT teams.
Post and troubleshoot daily integrations between Epic and Lawson/Workday.
Post and troubleshoot integrations between Workday and Lawson.
Develop and maintain financial reporting datasets and dashboards.
Create standardized reporting packages for month-end close, management reporting, and audit support.
Recommend and build automation of manual reports and journal entries in Workday and other applications.
Assist in preparation and calculation of contractual and bad debt allowance computations.
Responsible for reconciling General Ledger accounts to Epic or Workday reporting.
Assist in variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and department projects.
Education
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
Experience
A minimum of five years of accounting or financial analysis experience is required.
Ability to form, lead and develop high-performing teams required.
