- The Program Manager, Commercial Learning + Development, Leadership Development will support the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of New to Role Learning Journey and related programs US Commercial teams.
- This role will partner with internal stakeholders, training teams, and external vendors to deliver high quality virtual and in-person learning experiences that build cross-functional competencies, strengthen peer leadership, and support learner engagement.
- Coordinate and support new to role learning programs for US Commercial employees, including virtual and in-person learning experiences, sustainment activities, cohort communications, and learner engagement touchpoints.
- Assist with the development and execution of training focused on communication, analytics, coaching, peer leadership, and cross-functional learning.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Compliance and Legal, to ensure training materials and workshops are current, effective, and compliant with regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, action items, status updates, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, stakeholder meetings, follow-up communications, and summary reports.
- Track attendance, learner feedback, completion metrics, and program data to assess program impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with internal training teams and external vendors to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
- Facilitate training calls, planning meetings, and/or workshops as needed.
- Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applications including Smartsheet, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and other collaboration tools used to develop instructional content and track classes, calendars, rosters, metrics, and project timelines.
- Highly self-motivated and self-managed, with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute effectively as part of a team with minimal coaching or supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse range of tasks and issues with tact, collaboration, persistence, and sound judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with employees, contractors, vendors, partners, and internal customers across a global company.
- Strong visual, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to a variety of audiences.
- Strong facilitation, decision-making, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- BS or BA Degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in training, learning & development, project management, and/or leadership development.
- Pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
- Experience supporting Commercial, field-based learners
- Experience coordinating virtual and in-person learning programs.
- Experience managing vendors, agency partners, or external project contributors.
- Familiarity with learning metrics, dashboards, learner feedback, or completion reporting.
