  • Own program‑level financial performance, forecasting, and margin protection.

Risk, Quality & HSE

  • Lead program‑level risk management with emphasis on construction, commercial, and safety risks.
  • Ensure compliance with Vertiv quality systems, regulatory obligations, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and visible leadership across all construction sites.

Qualifications & Experience Mandatory

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
  • PMP certification preferred; PgMP advantageous, or equivalent program‑level construction delivery experience.
  • Minimum 15+ years experience delivering complex construction or infrastructure programs.
  • Proven experience in mission‑critical / data centre construction environments.

  • Demonstrate visible leadership and accountability for HSE performance on construction sites.
  • Ensure HSE requirements are embedded into planning, execution, and contractor management.
  • Promote a zero‑harm culture across all projects within the program.

  • Act with integrity, accountability, and professionalism at all times.
  • Promote collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
