Our work culture fosters collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead a Department of Defense (DoD) customer program focused on software development and operational training support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing software development teams within C5ISR Modeling & Simulation (M&S) environments and possess excellent leadership and coordination skills.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the DoD customer program, including Operational execution, technical oversight, Financial and regulatory compliance, Security and logistics coordination, Integration and reporting, Stakeholder and customer engagement
- Collaborate closely with the Government Program Manager to ensure software solutions meet mission objectives and joint operational training requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) for all contract-related matters.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting, risk management, and performance tracking across all program components.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product or Program Manager leading software development teams.
- Demonstrated experience in C5ISR M&S and software development.
- Strong understanding of DoD program environments and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Prior experience managing programs under GSA MAS Schedule contracts.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition and contracting processes.
