Job Description

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.

WHOOP is seeking a Program Manager to join the Product team, focused on driving cross-functional programs from strategy through execution. This role will support complex, company-wide initiatives—such as new product launches, international expansion, and go-to-market programs—requiring close alignment across product, engineering, growth, marketing, membership services and operations teams. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity, excels at stakeholder management, and brings strong program management discipline to move fast without losing track of the details.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive large-scale, cross-functional programs by aligning internal and external stakeholders across product, software, growth, and other key stakeholder teams

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with program goals, timelines, and budgets

  • Facilitate effective communication across teams, including regular status updates and cross-functional coordination

  • Anticipate, track, and manage risks and issues, driving timely resolutions and surfacing blockers proactively

  • Lead programs through change and ambiguity, ensuring teams remain aligned and focused on outcomes

  • Provide operational support and insights for strategic initiatives such as product launches, market expansion, and other high-impact company programs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in operations, product, or project/program management

  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a knack for driving alignment and clarity

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a bias toward action

  • Comfort working with ambiguity and change; ability to create structure and drive execution without all the answers

  • Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks

  • Passion for health, human performance, and WHOOP’s mission

  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
