Introduction
We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as a critical liaison between business partners, product owners, solution architects, and crossorganizational technology teams. This individual will bring a strong business analyst mindset combined with deep technical program experience to analyze current business processes, assess technology capabilities, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 9 years of experience delivering technology programs, with strong emphasis on business analysis and requirements management.
- 7 years of practical Agile experience, working in Scrum or scaled Agile environments.
- Proven experience acting as a Product Owner or working closely with Product Owners to define and refine business needs.
- Strong experience converting business requirements into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Solid understanding of the full SDLC, with handson experience in technology projects.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Agile toolsets including JIRA, Confluence, and Jira Align.
- Exposure to Change Management practices and enterprise governance processes.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between business partners, stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, and development teams to elicit, analyze, and document requirements.
- Analyze current processes, systems, and business models to identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into JIRA Epics, Stories, Spikes, and related artifacts, including use cases, process models, functional and technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
