Job Description
TheProgram Managerplays a critical role in enabling the successful execution of Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) initiatives across the organization. This roleleads multiple related projects and workstreams to deliver strategic business outcomes. This role provides vision, structure, governance, and leadership over complex initiatives that span teams, departments, and geographies. The Program Manager ensures projects are aligned, dependencies are managed, resources areoptimized, and benefits are realized.
This positionlives within the Global DRSSolutionsDevelopment team, andworks closely with our GlobalProductOwners, Market(regional)Product Managers, Technologypartners,Globaland cross-functional teamstohelp execute launch activities for our Brink’s digital retail solutions.
The ProgramManager is accountable for delivering defined programson time, within budget, and within scope. This role leads end-to-end project planning, execution,budget tracking, resource management,risk management,governance, andoveralldelivery across cross-functional teamswithin the context of the project.This role allows shapesinitiatives, and helps define scope,structure of programs,identifiesprojects needed to support, anddefinesinterdependencies.
This roleensures alignment with businessobjectivesand expectedoutcomes, andfollows program and projectmethodologies whileactively managing risk, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
The ideal candidate combinesrobustprogrammanagementexpertise(in business andproduct orientedprograms)with experience in working in a productorganization andhas experienceworking in afast-pacedenvironment.Candidatesshould be problem-solversand havestrongcommunicationandcollaborationskills.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE(but are not limited to):
Program Strategy & Roadmap
Partner with key stakeholders to define scope,objectives, and measurable outcomes.
Develop multi-year roadmaps, sequencing, and interdependency plans.
Maintain alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
Governance & Leadership
Establish and lead program governance structures, includingphase-gate reviews andsteering committees.
Ensure consistent standards, practices, and quality across all projects.
Manage program risks, issues, escalations, and cross-project conflicts.
Identifyproject change requests (cope, budget, time) when needed andfacilitatereview / approval.
Maintain accountability to program(andprojectswithin it)performance (to scope,timeand budget).
Integration & Cross-Project Management
Align project charters, plans, and deliverables.
Ensureaccuratedependency mapping and resource optimization.
Drive integration across technology, product, operations, andfunctionalteams.
Financial, Resource& Benefits Management
Understand business outcomes and financial goals (revenue, OP, GM, etc.). Drive team todeliver onexpected product outcomes on time.
Own the program budget, funding strategy, forecasting, and overall performanceto plan.
Trackbenefitsrealization and ensure post-implementation outcomes.
Provide financial transparency to leadership and sponsors.
Own resource planning andexecutionto program needs.
Change Leadership & Communication
Lead organizational change and communication strategies.
Prepare executive-level briefings, dashboards, and narratives.
Influence senior leaders andmaintainalignment across diverse groups.Facilitate decision-making and remove roadblocks tomaintaindeliverymomentum, orescalateappropriatelyleadership for support.
Delivery Assurance
Oversee execution and performance of multiple project teams.
Ensure risks, issues, and escalations are addressed promptly.
Support transition to operations and ensure long-term sustainability.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
8+ years ofexperienceleading large-scale, multi-workstream/ enterpriseprograms
Managing global (multi-country / multi-region) experience is
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBAis a significant plus
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred;LEAN certification a plus
Experience with Microsoft Project, Project for the Web, Azure DevOps/Jira, and Power BI
