Job Description
Our Client, a Consumer Products and Software Services company, is looking for a Program Manager II for their Houston, TX location.Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to discover the best way to reach eligible SMBs and students
- Planning implementing, and facilitating social media outreach
- Implementing other inquiry generating activity. The role requires a driven, independent person who can easily grasp the vision of Client AMC and translate that vision into relatable messaging and benefits to potential participants.
- This role requires the ability to work across different teams to design and implement candidate assessment processes that are in line with the Client policy.
- Ideally, the candidate should have five plus years' experience with work in start-up companies or directly with SMBs preferred.
- Passion for developing SMBs and start-up companies
- 5+ years of proven experience in implementing high impact, successful promotion programs for SMBs, start-up companies, and students
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Thrives in ambiguous work environment, highly collaborative and results focused
- Planning and scheduling of venues, and resources for business conventions
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills
