We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. This role requires an individual with a strong background in program or project management, capable of coordinating and supporting various projects within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
Minimum Role Qualifications Requirement:
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
Required Qualifications (Equal Weightage):
- 25% - Proven experience in a coordination, project support, or operations role, preferably within a technology or corporate environment.
- 25% - High proficiency in data management tools, such as spreadsheets and reporting dashboards, and presentation software.
- 25% - Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- 25% - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with all levels of management.
Additional Skills:
- Proactive work ethic and ability to manage multiple tracking systems simultaneously.
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with resource allocation, headcount planning, or contractor management processes.
- Experience designing internal process documentation or intake forms.
- Experience managing budgets and allocating financial resources.
- Experience building dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to visualize complex data sets.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis is a plus.
