• Lead end-to-end customer support readiness programs for new Reality Labs products and external partnership launches.
• Coordinate launch activities across Customer Support, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and external partners.
• Develop project plans, launch trackers, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and operational KPIs to ensure successful execution.
• Work directly with external partners to negotiate support plans, establish service expectations, and prepare customer support operations for launches.
• Identify operational gaps, resolve launch blockers, and improve support processes before and after product introductions.
• Monitor post-launch performance, analyze operational metrics, and implement continuous improvements to support future launches.
