RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with project team members and assist in the execution of project initiatives under guidance from senior staff.
- Create data visualization of program progress, program health metrics, and risks.
- Participate in status meetings, contribute to team discussions, and provide essential project management support.
- Assist in the development and updating of project schedules including tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
- Support the creation of schedule status reports and key metrics to ensure projects remain on track.
- Monitor and document the integration of supply chain inputs into the overall project plan.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and readily available for team review.
- Collaborate closely with mentors and team members to apply your knowledge and develop technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage in cross-functional teamwork, interacting with engineers from various disciplines to solve complex challenges.
- Showcase your work through presentations or project reviews.
- Participate in social and professional events with fellow interns and employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in an Engineering, Project Management, Data Science, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management program at a four-year accredited university.
Basic understanding of scheduling, data visualization, customer service principles, risk management, and cost tracking.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow guidance from experienced project leaders.
Must be able to work full time (40 hours per week), on-site in Denver, CO or Long Beach, CA for 12 consecutive weeks.
Co-Op Programs will run concurrent with University Semester dates
Intern Program will run May - August 2026
Must be able to provide own transportation and housing.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Have completed their Junior and/or Senior year.
- GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Passionate about advancing space security and sustainability.
- Resilient problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management applications (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar) preferred.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) preferred.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $28/hour
