This is not a program manager role but needs someone who can manage multiple items at the same time
Syndicate platform, devices and other products to partners who get their own releases. This team coordinates with all the release management teams and coord with external partner release management teams.
Devices include all video set top boxes, broadband devices like modems and gateways, and connected living devices (pods, extenders, cameras, etc); also manage their firmware rollouts
day to day - put together a daily release calendar of everything that happened yesterday, today and tomorrow coord release notes and coord with other dev teams on release notes; sometimes need to be re-written to be partner facing, sometimes need to be dug into for tedious details. Host partner business to business calls.
This will put together the daily release calendar, going through change tickets, opening the tickets, managing the syndication partner
Skillsets:
min 5 years’ experience
needs to be able to get up to speed pretty quickly ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence history in release operations or release management - understand how releases roll out in an environment daily time deliverables - needs to be prompt and able to get from A-Z quickly some Business to Business communications experience MS Office knowledge Smartsheet a plus must be able to change directions quickly.
