Job Description
The Program Manager IV oversees full lifecycle program execution and team coordination, ensuring projects meet technical, cost, and schedule objectives while aligning with overall business goals. This role works cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to deliver on key customer programs within a highly technical environment.

Description
This position will report directly into the Director of Program Management and be responsible for:
- Defining and implementing program objectives, strategies, and execution plans in alignment with customer and company goals
- Serving as the primary customer interface, managing communications, satisfaction, and program expectations
- Overseeing cost, schedule, and performance across all assigned programs
- Leading risk management processes and maintain risk mitigation plans
- Reviewing and coordinating project schedules, deliverables, and milestones with functional leads
- Ensuring timely completion of program deliverables and effective reporting of progress and results
- Facilitating communication among stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Conducting regular project reviews and lead status meetings to ensure alignment and accountability
Profile
A successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred), or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years of program or project management experience within a complex technical, manufacturing, or aerospace/defense environment
- Strong background in stakeholder communication, scheduling, and risk management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong MS Project experience, especially EVM
- Strong understanding of NPI process (design reviews, phase gate, etc.)
