Credence has an immediate need for an experienced Program Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting NGB/A5 in Arlington, VA.
The National Guard Bureau's Plans and Requirements Directorate (NGB/A5) provides support in order to improve combat capability of the Air National Guard (ANG) and Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) as total force partners as it integrates new capabilities to meet Air Force requirements. NGB/A5 is a small total force partner, leading an effort to rapidly and affordably improve combat capability. NGB/A5 embeds liaisons with acquisition program offices to enable accomplishment of the NGB mission.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
- Manage complex DoD programs from planning through execution.
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, risks, and program deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings.
- Facilitate communication among government, contractor, and stakeholder organizations.
- Monitor program performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Support acquisition and modernization initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams supporting mission objectives.
Requirements
- Clearance: TS/SCI
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of program management experience.
- Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs.
- Strong briefing, communication, and leadership skills.
