Job Description
Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 2 Location: Remote ( preferred PST candidates ) Salary Range: $60/hr to $70/hr on W2 Introduction

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on W2.
- Strong experience of Flood Alarm management for Data Center
- Should be familiar with ISA 18.2 alarm management system
- Proficiency in data analytics tools like Power BI.
- Experience in the alarm management lifecycle, including data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- PMI or PMP certification.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Familiarity with business and management principles.
- Experience with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects and make detailed plans to achieve goals.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings.
- Recruit, assign, and evaluate staff, overseeing their development.
- Analyze technology needs and market demand to assess project feasibility.
