Job Description
Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 5 Location: Redmond WA Salary Range: $80/hr to $85/hr on W2
Introduction
Join a dynamic team supporting global employee and executive communications by enabling scalable, structured, and efficient communication processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in communications operations, marketing operations, or program management.
- Ideal backgrounds might include internal communications operations, marketing/content operations, or intranet/digital workplace ownership.
- Experience designing and implementing operational systems at scale.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Amplify, Power Automate or similar tools.
- Experience applying AI tools to improve workflows.
- Manage publishing across SharePoint, email, and Viva Engage.
- Coordinate the communications calendar and ensure content is delivered accurately and on time.
- Partner closely with Communications leads to translate messaging into scaled execution.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

- Experience working across complex stakeholder environments.
- Ideal backgrounds might include internal communications operations, marketing/content operations, or intranet/digital workplace ownership.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operations of Marketing communications platforms and workflows.
- Manage publishing across SharePoint, email, and Viva Engage.
- Coordinate the communications calendar and ensure content is delivered accurately and on time.
- Partner closely with Communications leads to translate messaging into scaled execution.
- Improve systems, automation, and reporting to make delivery more efficient and consistent.
