Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 5 Location: San Antonio TX Salary Range: $85/hr to $105/hr on W2
Introduction
Join our team as a Program Manager in San Antonio, TX, where you will oversee a variety of projects, ensuring their successful execution from start to finish. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications.
- Strong project management skills with experience in scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety management.
- Proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools such as AutoCad, BIM360, Bluebeam, and Adobe.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of facilitating meetings and coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain detailed project documentation and ensure compliance with confidentiality and security requirements.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the utility industry, particularly with transmission, distribution, and substation projects.
- Knowledge of change management processes and contract management.
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for utility service providers, managing all utility scope related to the project.
- Facilitate regular design and site progress meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
- Track project budgets, cost estimates, and ensure all work is within scope before proceeding.
- Publish and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical path activities and reporting weekly progress.
- Conduct weekly site walks to ensure quality and safety standards are met, documenting findings appropriately.
- Collaborate with teams to develop mitigation solutions for project delays and provide recovery schedules as needed.
