Job Description
Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 5 Location: Boydton , VA Salary Range: $90/hr to $95/hr on W2 Introduction
This role involves managing non-technical programs and projects, specifically in the utility and data center sectors. The position requires coordination across various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior work experience in the utility industry or related fields.
- Ability to support Eastern Time (ET) core working hours.
- Experience in program or project management workstreams within cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills in a remote working environment.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with construction projects or processes.
- Experience working with or supporting data center–related teams.
- Experience coordinating with construction teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety management for utility and data center projects.
- Facilitate regular design and site progress meetings.
- Track purchase orders and report on funding status.
- Publish detailed schedules and maintain project progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and protocols.
