3. Summary of the Opportunity

- Role Summary: As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Regional Digital Sales Americas team. Your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage the team's Rhythm of Business (RoB) processes, ensuring timely execution of recurring business activities. You will also provide operational support, drive process improvements, and assist with planning and reporting.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee and manage the team's Rhythm of Business (RoB) processes.
- Coordinate and schedule key business meetings, reviews, and planning sessions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the team with operational tasks and provide analytical support as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of business processes and performance metrics.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to drive business outcomes.
- Partner with RDS Americas FTEs to drive the strategic planning process.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in managing business processes and driving operational excellence.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited university.
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- PMI or PMP certification (nice to have).
