Client is hiring an advisor/SME to help them pick a new ERP, then oversee its implementation and stabilization. The new system replaces Infor Lawson, Tyler Munis, OpenGov and UKG Kronos, with go-live targeted for 2029. Everyone must be NC-based or able to travel to the county. The work is hybrid and contract-based.Program Manager/PMO Lead 10+ years managing multi-year ERP programs, ideally for counties or cities. Runs schedule, risk, budget, vendor oversight and status reporting. PMP preferred.
