Job Title: Program Manager Tech 3 Location: Remote Salary Range: $60/hr to $75/hr on W2
Introduction
Join our dynamic team as we drive forward the critical tasks of ensuring data center sites progress smoothly through internal assessments and site acquisition. You'll play a pivotal role in coordinating efforts across various teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in land acquisition, development, or related fields.
- Ensure clear and robust output of the Site Due Diligence (SDD) process.
- Familiarity with environmental and community research processes.
- Understanding of legal and financial aspects related to site acquisition.
