Job Title: Program Manager Tech 3 Location: Remote Salary Range: $60/hr to $75/hr on W2 Introduction Join our dynamic team as we drive forward the critical tasks of ensuring data center sites progress smoothly through internal assessments and site acquisition. You'll play a pivotal role in coordinating efforts across various teams and stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in land acquisition, development, or related fields. Ensure clear and robust output of the Site Due Diligence (SDD) process. Familiarity with environmental and community research processes. Understanding of legal and financial aspects related to site acquisition. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in land acquisition, development, or related fields. Familiarity with environmental and community research processes. Understanding of legal and financial aspects related to site acquisition. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Coordinate across key parties such as Land Acquisition, Construction, Engineering, and more. Ensure clear and robust output of the Site Due Diligence (SDD) process.
