4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Serve as the initial contact point for internal Microsoft employees seeking technical assistance with their integrations to Microsoft Learn.
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, and Teams chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Gather relevant information to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Utilize self-service materials to guide employees through solutions on Microsoft Learn.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 support with detailed information and solutions provided.

- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with API request tools, such as cURL or Postman2.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with large language models, including concepts like GPT models and transformer architecture.
- Proficiency in writing queries using Keyword Query Language (KQL) or FAST Query Language.
- Programming skills in a language supporting HTTP requests, such as JavaScript.
- Familiarity with handling JSON-encoded responses returned by APIs.
