- Role Summary: As a Transactional Email Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating transactional email projects, ensuring compliance, and improving customer experience through optimized email content.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Conduct intake for requests and document technical requirements for transactional email projects
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders for seamless communication and execution
- Manage execution of one-time email projects
- Identify optimization opportunities and document changes for program evolution
- Address email sign-up issues, ensure compliance, and facilitate clear communication between teams
- Review and optimize transactional email content for clarity and accuracy
- Create comprehensive records of email content, logic, and best practices
- Produce monthly project request status report email
- Proactively identify and address email-related issues
- Write parameter overrides for dynamic email content
- Miscellaneous projects as appropriate
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of general marketing experience
- 8+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years of CRM/email experience
- Strong familiarity with transactional email and CAN-SPAM Act guidelines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with email processes in large companies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with SQL relational tables
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JSON, and C# (.NET)
- Great attention to detail
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops for project workflow
