Program Manager With Pharmacy Benefit Management - 100% Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program Manager for a contract position with a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager located in Minnesota. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This position is 100% remote.Pay range:$81.61 - $84.13 per HourThis leadership role focuses on strategy within the Products and Programs domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and a proven ability to deliver cross-platform solutions in a highly matrixed environment. The position requires a blend of skills including product ownership, project management, and business systems analysis to bridge the gap between business and engineering teams.Responsibilities:

• Serve as a leader in the Products and Programs space
• Provide cross-platform solutioning and collaboration
• Deliver work in a highly matrixed environment
• Integrate legacy and modern solutions
• Work across technology and business domains
• Communicate effectively with engineering teams, business teams, and executive leadership

Requirements:

• Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience
• Experience with cross-platform solutioning and collaboration
• Experience delivering work in a highly matrixed environment
• Experience with legacy and modern solutions interacting with each other
• Ability to work across technology and business domains
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with engineering teams, business teams, and executives
• A blend of skills including Product Owner (30%), Project Manager (30%), Systems Analyst (15%), Business Analyst (15%), and Scrum Master (10%)
